New Development Coming to Downtown Garner

Metro 201 is a new development in Downtown Garner, featuring 7,000-10,000 SF of premium commercial space for up to 3 tenants. The site offers custom upfit opportunities, high ceiling heights, and excellent accessibility and visibility. This project is a result of a public-private partnership between the Town of Garner, the Downtown Garner Association, and Lansing Melbourne Group, with the goal of creating a community gathering space and revitalizing Downtown Garner.

While we love our furry friends, this is NOT an event for pets.
