We are excited to announce that the Downtown Garner Business Incentive Grant Program is now open for applications! This program is designed to support businesses located in our Historic Downtown Garner district, offering up to $2,000 in financial assistance for improvements, expansions, and initiatives that will enhance your business and contribute to the vibrancy of Downtown Garner.

Who is Eligible?

• Businesses located in the Historic Downtown Garner district
• Preference will be given to retail, restaurant, and service businesses
• Independently owned and operated businesses
